Have you tried the white light healers yoga meditations? What type of meditations would you like to do?
One that I am particularly fond of is to lay down in a dark room and envision a white light that is getting brighter and brighter, and when my eyes cant take it anymore then I begin to move the light from my third eye down over my body across my neck to my arms, down each arm and back, then to my throat and straight down slowly to each of my feet and back. I cotrol the light on purpose to get my concentration and then after a few times I begin to relax totally which allows me to concentrate better. But you have to go slow and start with the third eye.
Try it and tell me what happens.
